What areas do you deliver to?

We don’t mind where you live. We can deliver your order to almost any address whether it be UK Mainland, Islands and Highlands, or corner of the EU.

What are your delivery charges?

We like to keep things simple. One service – One price. £6.95 will take a package weighing up to 25kg anywhere on Mainland UK. Further locations are subject to size and weight surcharges. Email us for a quotation.

How do I return an item if it is damaged?

In the unlikely event you need to return an item because it is damaged, first of all please email us within 24 hours of delivery, then return the goods to us if instructed to do so. We will arrange for a refund or replacement, plus postage cost at Royal Mail rates.

The product I would like to order is out of stock – how will I know when it is back in stock?

There is nothing more embarrassing than a website advertising “out of stock” items, and nothing more annoying for the customer! Our business ethos is to keep everything IN STOCK, and have the support and help from the best and most reliable suppliers in order to maintain this. If this happens we can email you as soon as we know an item is due back in again.

I have changed my mind, can I return my purchase?

You are entitled to change your mind. You can return your order to us, at your own expense, and as soon as it arrives back here in good condition we can make the refund.

How can I pay for my order?

Our prices are advertised in £ Sterling. Payment can be made by debit or credit card when placing your order. No orders will be sent out without receiving full payment.

Do you have a shop we can visit?

Unfortunately we do not have a shop. Orders are dispatched from a fulfilment centre and access by general public is not permitted.

There is an item I really want but don’t see it on your site. Can I order it anyway?

Both our suppliers and us have access to thousands and thousands of items. If it is not on our site it doesn’t mean we cannot get it. You only need to ask, email us with your questions.

HOW CAN I TELL IF IT IS IN DATE?

Americans express their dates differently to the UK and Europe. They write the month first, then day, then year. Therefore “Best by 12/25/2018” translates as “25/Dec/2018”. “Best by” or “Better if used by…” does not mean an expiry date. It suggests that the goods would be in prime condition up until this date. We suggest you make your own judgement, but always eat sensibly.
